This cactus, a cross between "Colossus" and "Ikaros DNA" is a spiky beauty. There are three cultivars known as "Colossus". One is a Pachanoi x Bridgesii hybrid from Bob Ressler. The second is a Pachanoi cultivar from Misplant Seeds. And the final one is a Pachanoi from SanPedroCactusSales. I have no idea which genetics are in this cross, but I think it's safe to say it's hybridization with "Ikaros" has resulted in pure beauty.

"Ikaros DNA" is not a single clone but rather a genetically diverse group of plants grown from seeds collected by a reputable vendor named Julio, who operates the Icaro DNA shop. These seeds have been widely distributed, making the strain relatively common in certain regions, such as Australia. The plants are celebrated for their cold hardiness and adaptability, thriving in well-drained soil and bright sunlight.

Our cactuses are grown outside in Georgia, in USDA Zone 8a. They are exposed to the elements, especially humidity, rain, and various pests. We sell only healthy plants, but cuttings may or may not have humidity spots, healed insect damage, and scars. All of this is cosmetic and won't harm the plant. Cut ends may have traces of sulfur (organic fungicide) on them.
